I commit to leading with transparency, integrity, and accountability. Every Sister’s voice will be heard, and we will steward our resources wisely to

serve our mission with excellence.

We will expand impactful programs in health, education, economic empowerment, and public policy — amplifying our collective voice and influence where it matters most for Black women and girls.

We will increase our brand recognition and proudly showcase our powerful work utilizing traditional media and social media platforms to raise the visibility of NCBW-MAC across Metro Atlanta and beyond.

We will cultivate a culture of deep, authentic sisterhood that spans generations—engaging seasoned members and emerging leaders alike. By building bridges between all age groups, we will foster collaboration and community partnerships that uplift and empower every Sister.

Our chapter’s strength lies in its diversity of experience and perspective. We will focus on attracting, engaging, and retaining passionate Sisters from every generation—creating an inclusive, welcoming environment where all members feel valued, seen, and empowered to lead.
